Umm.Deer Hunting?

Does anyone out here hunt for Whitetails anymore? Or is this a bear forum?

Saw a few deer this weekend..No shots fired. Great to get out!

Was great to get out! I don't normally go out for archery, but the combination of weather, and the need to check on the rifle stands pushed me out the door this weekend. Spent all day Saturday hunting (saw a handful) and spent the day Sunday working on the stands in the rain. We did manage to plunk a couple of partridge on the way out yesterday though.

Didn't get out this weekend gfs dad went up saw 2 doe right away on Saturday nothing else got the bow tuned up maybe make it out this weekend, im a cold weather hunter i dont like this 50 degree stuff

Whats a whitetail? bear can have a white V on there chest but never heard of them having a white tail. Cinnomon bear, chocolate bear, brown bear, Nope no whitetail bear. Good luck. Boar although polar bear are white. but i dont think thats what u mean. Sorry cant help boar

Deer hunting is too easy. If you want a challenge start baiting bears! Plus why hunt when it is cold when you could hunt in 85 degree weather with millions of bugs?

ya, cuz baiting an animal then shooting it over said bait is sporting...JUST KIDDING FELLAS! sorry, had to stir the pot.

Bear hunting is all the talk building up to and during the bear season. Once that's over, the talk will switch to deer gun hunting in here bulding up to and during that season. Since archery is the season that's open, that's where the talk is.

hey guys im new to the site....i read it almost everyday and figured might as well chime in with advice if i ever have any. This is my first year trying archery hunting and went out saturday and seen a few does got alot of bucks on camera though and alot of season left!!
