I was told last Wednesday by the MNDNR that they are planning on having the results available online this Friday/Sept. 2nd. I'm still checking every day out of excitement!!

Yahoo! we got in this year! Didn't get drawn last year. Two years ago we shot two bucks there and one was a real dandy!

My mom, brother and I are in!! I cant wait. Did it once on the youth hunt and its an amazing place. Do we get more info about it the closer it gets? Like the areas we can hunt? I want to start checking maps!

Look at a map of Ripley and that's pretty much what you can hunt, the exceptions being the impact area's and contonment areas where you camp. Otherwise I believe she is open for you hunting!

I didnt get in this year and do I envy my brother once he gets home from his second tour to Iraq. He gets to hunt Ripley for the deployed vets hunt, then the general public hunt and if the rumors are true again in NoV with the muzzel loader. Thats a great thing for him. I should have joined. LOL
