reinhard1 Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 looks very tasty. someday try one cup catsup and one cup western salad dressing. mix them together and put it in a pan over low heat. add some apple juice to thin it out to where you want it for a great mop sauce. good luck. Can someone explain what the 2-1-1 method means? 2 hours on the smoker then 1 hour wrapped in foil on the smoker and then another hour out of the foil. Walleyehooker Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 Those look great.I saw on a show on tv where they seasoned the ribs then rubed some brown sugar on top and put them in a covered pan in the oven for a couple hours then finished them on the grill. I might try this and either finish them on the grill or give them a light smoke in the smoker till done.I just need to find a good rib sale.
