goblueM
he's fine. wasn't limited last week, its totally a precautionary thing. Lions have been holding out key players all preseason just to play it safe, and they are even sitting Vanden Bosch every wednesday, even if healthy

LMITOUT
My fantasy team is blowing up today. Holy cow. Brady, Peterson, V-Jax, Austin, Crosby, Detroit D. Complete domination. Wish I would have started Fred Jackson instead of Reggie Bush, as I'd be over 200 pts and still have Bradshaw going tomorrow night. No doubt it would be a league record.Could have used half of what they scored today last week when they did absolutely nothing.
creepworm
How about Newton. If he keeps playing like this, he will be the highest scoring fantasy player.

james_walleye
Good lord I see both my starting backs, Felix and Beanie, are both questionable. I'm playing the worst team in our league and I thought getting to 3-0 was going to be easy. Now I have 2 backs with games that aren't at noon that may not play. Addai and Pierre Thomas are my other 2 backs with nothing available in waivers. Any suggestions other than hoping for good news before noon? rundrave
so who else picked AP #1 and will now suffer from his loss on their FF team? I am currently in 5th place in a 12 team league with a 6-5 record. We have some pretty evenly matched teams and records in my league, no one is running away with it. This is going to kill my chances to do anything in the playoffs.I don't see him coming back any time soon, if at all this year. The vikes have nothing to play for, so no need to put the wear and tear on him.
thatoneguy
Even worse - I had Jamaal Charles in one league, and we all know how THAT worked out. Blerg.
Getanet
I have him. I'm holding on to the top spot in my league by the skin of my teeth, but injuries are part of football so I guess we'll just have to deal with it.I agree there's no incentive to rush him back, but his injury was downgraded. It sounds like there's even a possibility he may play this weekend (very doubtful). He doesn't need the wear and tear, but he did sign a mega contract, he prides himself on playing hurt, and Ponder needs him back there to take the pressure off. However, if Toby runs wild there will be less desire to rush him back. Seems doubtful but stranger things have happened.I'm hoping I just need to make it through this week without him. LMITOUT
AP, Fred Jackson, Bradshaw...all cripples. Season over.It was a good run.
james_walleye
Season started good, but bad luck schedule wise and then injuries have made for a long season. Andre Johnson, Felix, Beanie, Dallas Clark stink without Manning. It all leads to a 4-7 record. Although I'm still 3rd out of 12 in points with Stafford to Calvin. FISHINGURU
My seasons started out bad having drafted Charles, Hillis, Felix, Manning, Chris Johnson, ect, on alot of my teams. Now I'm coming on strong after rebuilding through free agency with guys like Murray, Robinson, Tate, ect.I got a couple leagues as a lock for playoffs already and a got a couple where I'm fighting with guys for W's and points to make it.Couple of them I just got real unlucky to many times and won't make it. nofishfisherman
The guy in my league who took Vick #1 overall is probably kicking himself. He snapped him up with that #1 pick within 2 seconds.I got lucky at #5 overall with Foster, I knew he was going to miss a game or two but he's lived up to the pick. I also continued to get lucky with my 2nd and 3rd round picks getting Tom Brady in the 2nd round and Calvin Johnson in the 3rd round. The luck continued when I needed a RB to fill in on a bye and Murray was available in the FA pool and was getting his first start that week so I had him in my lineup for his 200 yard game and every game since.I'm sitting 2nd overall in the league but I'm the top point scorer by well over 150 points. I'm in an ESPN standard league and I've scored over 130 points in a week 4 times already.
ted4887
Wow, that's impressive! I thought picking Michael Bush off the waivers was lucky, but picking up Murray takes the cake. 130+ points is impressive enough in a standard league, let alone doing it four times! I took Aaron Rodgers with my top pick thankfully. But Frank Gore was my 2nd, and he has been very up and down much like the rest of my team. I am in 2nd place right now though, but will lose this weeks game unless one of my WR's has a huge game. Thanks Gore for those solid 3 fantasy points you got me this week.
