LEECH21
I just caught my trophy 40 X 19.5" pike a few weeks ago up on Lake of the Woods. i already ordered my replica from Artistic Anglers in Duluth. I already have a bass from them, and its awesome. I'm already counting down the days till I get it back, haha. In the mean time is there anyone that would be willing to share any pictures of their mounted pike, either real or replica.

Southwick
A picture of my skin mount Northern Pike that’s in my cellar man cave. The Man Cave is a good place to get away from the old lady and tie flies + dream about pass + future fishing trips. Pike was a CT fish + was the biggest caught that year in CT. 44” And she weighted in at 22lbs6oz.

Muskiefool
You just cant go wrong with a quality replica, congrats on the 40,,nice fish.
JPenny
I agree, you can't go wrong with a replica mount. They look every bit as good as a skin mount plus they last forever while skin mounts don't. Also, another fisherman then gets a chance to experience the thrill of catching a great fish. I also agree with the comments on Artistic Anglers in Duluth. I have a few of their mounts and they look great. I'd like to post some pictures of them, but being an older "computer challenged" sort, I can't seem to figure out how to get my photos downsized enough to post. If one of my friends here can help I'd appreciate it. RK? Muskiefool? You guys teach me how to post photos and I'll show you some great pike! Nick Kuhn
Jack, put the photos where you can easily find them on your computer (on the desktop is easiest). Then when making a post click the icon that is a sunset photo with an up arrow on it. Then click browse, navigate to your photo and click open. Then click add file. Repeat until all the photos you want appear in the list. Then click done adding photos. Then submit your post. They will automatically be resized. Brad B
here is the one my brother in law caught during the 2008 ice season. He was out fishing crappies with a ultra light rod that had 2lb test ice mono on it. how the fish didn't cut or break the line still amazes me. it measured 40 inches long. hookncook
That's a great mount!! very impressive. Some taxidermist use a template to make the white against the green. The sign of a great taxidermist makes these white marks random.
