pegleg
The Vikes should grab him... Doesn't take any draft choices to get him. Leslie Frazer must know if he has anything left in the tank to help the Vikes defense.
Chad Peterson
Would not be a bad move. He is awesome when he is healthy.Sniffer
Stcloudangler
Im in. Jeez, a tackling dummy can play better than the safeties we have now...
ozzie
great name to have on the roster and is good when healthy but he has missed alot of games in the last 3 years due to injuries
klecker
great name to have on the roster and is good when healthy but he has missed alot of games in the last 3 years due to injuries Big total of nine games played in the last three years. Five of his seven years, six games or less. Sign him and save him for the playoffs.

RiverFish
I say grab him, Vikes always grab players other teams release. There is a REASON other teams drop players.
hawgchaser
Love the way he plays the game, but...9 games in 3 years does not make one optimistic about the long haul!
soldoncass
A tackling dummie, on the field, certainly could play better than our current safeties, .....however Sanders hasn't been "on the field" enough in 3 years to make a difference. PASS.
bucketmouth64
When I saw he was released I thought that was a no brainer for Colts. He had a huge salary for a guy who couldn't even play a quarter season. Great talent game changer but injury prone. I would sign him to an incentive laden contract which would be low risk but could be huge reward.

SkunkedAgain
I don't see how this guy is going to remain healthy. Like so many players in the NFL, he went all out but his body couldn't pay the bill. He's not going to have a miraculous recovery. If you all think that putting him on the roster is a good move....sheesh. The Vikings will continue to have problems. Minnesota would be better off bringing in some young talent that can compete long-term for the safety position. If bringing in a veteran is important, I'd rather see the Vikings get Sharper back or another veteran that truly knows the game more than just hitting really hard. soldoncass
Sharper was good, and a ball hawk, but has lost too much speed. Sanders is OLD and BROKEN.....Vikes need to draft a speedy safety that can cover some ground...and lay a lick on the receiver when he gets there. FISHINGURU
Ol' Bob The Slob Sanders. One of the best in the game for the couple games he plays per year.
