Glasses and Helmets Don't Mix

You just need to make sure you have a good deflector to keep your breath away from your glasses. My older Yamaha helmet had an adjustable deflector that worked decent, but had to be formed to my face to work. My new A.C. TX1 helmet is more modular and does not have an adjustable deflector, more built in and seals much better. Another thing to do is to open any vents your helmet might have.
