I have a rod that needs some fixin' too, so hopefully I can get that done as well.Hate to be the guy to ask but is this a BYOB type thing? I'm also planning on bringing a muskie rod that could use some cork work. Rod builders will be on hand for this correct? wkngmomof2
Planning on being there with at least one of my sons, he caught some nice bass on a "catch and release" lake last summer, We need to learn how to catch them on a real lake!I know the fish wasn't being held properly - another young man on the dock held it for him - he was a little imtimidated by the fish.... TODDY
Wayne, Deitz, Rob and Ray:Thanks for sharing your "Know-how" with the rest of us. Very nice meeting all of you and being able to put a face to the name.I personally picked up some new information as well as different perspectives on various things. One thing in paricular: Fish hitting a lure before it has time to reach bottom and heading away with it. Myself, I've always thought of that as being a sign of a big fish if they moved away (especially towards deep water) rather than a competitive thing due to more bass in the area. I like your guys' parspective, and I'll try to stick around a little longer the next time this happens. Thanks again!TODDY
bucketmouth64
Great time at the seminar. My fiancee got better perspective on things and did learn some things. Rob's info. on smallies was great.
MudPuppy77
I also want to thank Wayne, Deitz, Rob, and Ray for sharing their knowlege! It was a great day to spend indoors building my bass fishing knowlege base. I did want to head to the lake right afterwards but I sorted my tacklebox instead. Not much of a comparison but it will do for now. Thanks!

Deitz Dittrich
What a great day.. Kudos to all who came and asked such great questions. A seminar really is only as good as its listeners. IT was great to be able to put faces to names, and I look forward to seeing a few of you on the water next year for sure.I dont see why there would not be a 2nd event next year with as positive as this one felt. Thank you all.T-Brothers also did a great job accommodating us, especially on such a busy time of the year for them. Please if your in the neighborhood the last weekend of the month, stop by for their big spring sale. If you have a shimano reel, you can bring it and one of the shimano techs will help you clean the reel for free.
