Well I got and tagged out on opening night in nd.

Made a okay shot on him, but left him lay until morning, coyotes got him. Full velvet

8pt, 22in inside spread. Rough scored him at 155 2/8

The last one was off my cellphone and not that great.

I can't remember for sure (haven't been a non-resident for so long), but I think any deer (i.e., muley or whitetail) is a lottery and a whitetail only tag is OTC.

Correct. Whitetail archery tags are OTC, any deer archery tags are lottery (or first come first served after the first drawing if not all tags are issued).

Firearm season tags are all lottery and NR are granted 1% of the total number of tags in a unit. Its not easy to draw a gun tag.

NR cannot draw Muzzleloader tags, IIRC.
