I used to get these from a guy at the spring N.W. spostshow, he had a small booth and hand made these, I wish I would have bought a lot more the last time which was 4-5 yrs ago, that's how long since I've seen him there. I believe he was from the brooklyn park area and worked out of his home. any info would be great .these jigs are awesome and I want more.

That sure sounds like that was one that JRs would have made. Last time I was in his shop he was located on Hwy 169 just north of Fleet Farm on the right side but you needed to take side roads to get to the shop. I had them make up a 1000 of my favorite jig and they gave me a great discount by buying in bulk.

Very good people !

I have bought from them since they started there first shop in the Crystal shopping center.

jimalm, I am glad that you mentioned that. I remember going to that store in Crystal a long time ago and I never knew that was who ran it. I knew I had been to their store up in Brooklyn Park but could not remember for the life of me where that was at.

I'm pretty sure that is an Ivan's jig, but I don't think he's made them for years.

I love them, I did a bulk buy on them years ago and am almost out of them. I haven't found anything else that I like nearly as much. I usually go with Northland bulk Fireball jigs now .....

That looks like a "Better Bite" jig. They claimed these had paint that would not chip. They would often bring a hammer to the sport show and pound the jigs flat to show that the paint would not chip.

If this is a Better Bite jig, they are out of business.
