Supply is better then last year but stating that I would suggest getting your ammunition now sight in weapons then making sure you have enough for the season. But I also hand load so I don't have to worry about supply since if there is not enough supply I've been to lazy!

I too have noticed the shelves have ammo this year, but the prices are the same as last fall. I reload as well so if I ever get low, it is my own fault. I laugh when I see the prices knowing what I can reload them for....

Like $60 to $75 bucks a box of 20 for a .480 ruger, now I have the dies and loader just need to do some tinkerin have kept all my brass when I first bought it they were $20. This might just be the excuse i need to buy a .45LC or.41 rem mag I'v been drooling over.

time to start ordering online from the big box stores. that is where i get mine, even tho i have a sportmans warehouse, bass pro, and cabelas in the valley. i have found it much easier then dealing with sales people and empty shelves.

Should have bought it cheap and stacked it deep, like waist high deep. wink

I long for the days of

$150 for 1000 rounds of .45acp

$100 for 1000 rounds of 9mm

$150 for 1000 rounds of 5.56x45

$130 for 1000 rounds of .223

My ammo stash is worth 2 to 3 times what I paid for it.
