with may 29th only about 2 weeks away, i am starting to get pumped to get out and go chasin. i was just wondering what is your go to lure or presentation for opener?

Just pokin at ya. I know how much you like to drop shot.

It will depend on what the weather does, for sure, but I bet a guy will be able to find fish both on the bank and off the bank. A variety of lure should work, you just might have all 30 rods on the deck.

Rattle Bait

Senko style worm, Either trigger X flutterworm, senko, or Berkley Fat Worm

Wacky rigged Stick Worm (see above variety)

Spinnerbait

Probably a Texas Rigged Beave

Swim jig almost exclusively. I want to try out craw trailers w/flapping claws vs twister tail trailers, and see if there is any difference in producing fish.

Lacking success at that, I'm going to through senko style stickbaits.
