So im TRYING to watch the gophers game but can barely stand to see them play anymore! They can't catch a pass to save their lives. Throws are off target. They just look pathetic! The last two possession we could have taken field goals and made it 12 - 6 with 7 minutes left but NO we go for it on 4th and get NOTHING! I don't even want this team to get a Bowl game to get embarrased one more time this season! I guess its a moral victory to not lose by more than 50 points to Iowa this year..... Bring on the Gophers Basketball season!

what recruit wants to come play for the UofM... not many and not many good ones. Lack of being able to recruit bluecihp players is a big part when top Hs kids can go to Fla or texas or another big school. The U of M is not on manys top lists. Look at floyd an excellent mn prospect and his home state cant even keep him here.

It was dissappointing to see them on the goal line and continually try to run the ball. You could tell right away they had no chance to run into the Iowa line, yet they just kept calling it. Fourth down, finally pass, not even close.

I don't see Iowa competing for a national championship either. They were lucky to have as many wins as they did this year and will not be a consistant year in and out contender.

I do believe IA has been in new years day bowl games recently. If the U of I can recruit in Iowa City than the U of M surely should be able to recruit at that level with a new stadium sitting in the twin cities.

Neither team will ever be able to compete with Michigan and Ohio state on a consistant basis.
