Mjgrose- we still got the run in that inning Inge got hit by pitch that didn't get called but who knows what would've happened after that?

It was painful seeing the Twins lose, I was hoping for a win but I saw A-Rod's homer coming, 3-1 pitch what you think is coming...normally a fastball and he got it. Hey, Twins could even get two wins at the Dome and go back to NY for game 5! Only can hope.

How do you have 17 on base, yet not ONE single stolen base attempt against a mediocre catcher????

Nathan can't really be blamed for a dinger, but that pooch into center field was horrible.

Gomez shouldn't have been playing, period.

Why Gardy? Why? Leave Guerrier in for the start of the 9th. Yank him if there's trouble, he was bringing it.

Why is Gomez still in the game for that at bat? Morales, Cassilla, someone's got to take a couple pitches and make the Yankee scrub sweat a little. Where's the Twins smallball? Where the heck is our manager during this time?

Gomez has no business on a major league roster, PERIOD! His inept baserunning blunder should have put him on the bench for the playoffs. There's thousands of players that deserve a chance and never get it and this guy has a free ride to cost us time after time. Just cause he was part of the Santana trade.

Nathan practically wet himself on the big stage.

Why isn't our 3rd base coach up in arms immediately after the blown call? At least get the umps to huddle together and discuss it.

Brendan Harris better be in the lineup Sunday, you could easily see who candle the pressure and who can't.

Blackburn deserves better. Mauer deserves better. Kubel needs to bat 5th. He has done nothing to protect Mauer.

Time for a team meeting Gardy. It starts and ends with the Manager. This team better explode with the bats Sunday. Give us hard working Minnesotans a reason to be proud!

that was a tough one to swallow. umpire definitely blew that call but who knows what happens if joe gets the double. no guarantees that kubel and cuddy get the same pitches, etc. that they got hits on. the team better look in the mirror if they want to blame anyone on this one. other than nathan, nobody seemed to look scared out there like what usually happens when they go to yankee stadium so that is encouraging. one game at a time going forward and ticket takers at the dome need to be warned that absolutely no fat women carrying sheet musical should be admitted.

How can there be six umps on the field scott ullger on third and still no one can see that the ball both hit his glove and the fact that it landed six inches fair. MLB at its best my a** they cant even get it right for the best hitter in baseball where are all the sports guys complaining that the twins got screwed. cause everyone knows that the yanks would be getting that support all over the place.

dude, sorry to say, things happen. I understand where your coming from, but untill you get on that side of the ball and understand how hard it is, please dont compain about it. Yes they screwed up, but that didnt change the game IMO. We left 17 runners on base.

The series is not even over, officially at least, and the aluminum foil hat club is out in full force. Conspiracy theorists time to spew!

Instead of making excuses why not just admit that the Yankees have out spent you three to one and have better players that you do. Now there is a novel idea! I kind of remember somebody saying that for most of the year, you know, the thing about SPENDING a little more money to get a team that is ready for Prime Time and not just a decent team who does most of the fundamentals correct but just can't get over the hump.

And Geno, you are wrong about A Rod, that is exactly why Georgie Porgie pays him like that. To perform when it counts.

      got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out

      we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
