Danica Patrick will be in NASCAR next season. If NASCAR executives can pull it off. George Pyne -- the former NASCAR Chief Operating Officer, and thus one of the top officials in stock car racing, and now head of IMG sports and entertainment, the high-buck talent marketing agency – and key NASCAR executives are together working the entire Sprint Cup garage trying to put together a package for Patrick to run NASCAR next season. Finding sponsorship is quite likely not the big issue, as hot a property as Danica Patrick is.

If Ganassi puts her in his third Indy car I have to wonder if she'd make that leap to Nascar.

Your lumping him him with 2 that have never won a race with a guy with 82 wins and 342 Top 10's?

Mark it down JR will never win a Cup Championship. Well maybe if they had 20 more races on Daytona and Talledega but just can't perform on a lot of the tracks.

I'd welcome her with open arms if she went through driver introduction every race completely naked! grin

I've heard / read she holds herself in pretty high regard and is actually a first class b*tch. Heck, she's not really even one of the top driver's in IRL. I don't think she could make the transition to NASCAR and do worth a darn.

she is full of herslf thats for sure i saw her on letterman

one night wasnt impessed with her personaality at all

nice to look at but thats it

ya i doubt she would do anything look at jaun pablo and thees

other open wheel drivers you think shes better than them i doubt

good hype for awhile is all and this would be a good time for it with all the gm dodge problems

maybe there would be as many avon commericals as viagra lol

The other 2 may not be much but how can one include Jeff in that group????????

I don't care for the 24 car but I do respect what they have done. Very few in NASCAR will ever win the races or titles that he has.

I'm only looking at what Jeff has done. Whiny or not, few have out done him in wins and championships and that is fact. Everyone has a year or two where they don't do so well but overall, Jeff ranks high even though you believe he is a bit on the whiny side.

Who really ranks higher in wins and championships?????
