Question

Considering the ethanol additives in the fuel today,(could use non-oxygenated)would you drain and run out the fuel systems for the warm months or leave the tanks/systems full of treated fuel? Then next question.Seafoam, stabil or some other product?c63

i wouldnt suggest running all the fuel out of the system, that causes the oil rings to dry up and then you got to take it all apart and fix it. i get regular pump gas fuel and treat it with sea-foam and never had a problem with that, never had to mess with the carbs or nothing.

in my snowmobile, generator, snowblower what ever isnt going to be used for a long time ill run it almos empty and then fill it up with non oxegynated gas with stabill and seafoam along with pj1 octane booster..which adds up $$$ but everything goes on the first pull in the fall =)

for the small 2stk engines (blower, chainsaw, weedwhacker, ice auger) I run Amsoil Saber / non-oxy gas with the new Marine Stabil in them all year. At the end of the season I change the oil, clean, wax, and grease, then run the engine dry, pull the plugs (replace), and then run fogging oil (or straight 30 wt) in the cylinders to prevent rust during the storage season. No reason to keep the tanks full of old gas.

I use stabil and/or seafoam in mine. I run until the engines are warm and I'm sure the stabilzer is in the carbs. A friend of mine has been a small engine mechanic for years and he says to always leave the tank full to the top but don't put the cap on tight.

By having the tank full you won't get any condensation during the summer. I also start mine monthly. Hope this helps.
