Thanks to Jay, I got to see and photograph birds I have never seen before. However, after looking at his perfect photos, I wanted to post something a little different, since we were shooting the same birds. It was kind of tough to do, on some of them. Also, the Black Cap and Redpoll were both shot at Jay Cook State Park, on my way up. I've got a couple more to do, but my back is starting to ache.

I'm still going thru photos and I think this may be my favorite Gray Jay shot. I love evergreen trees and love the way he looks so plump and comfy nestled in one.

This is my new favorite Grosbeak. I didn't realize they had any yellow on them, until I looked at this shot.
