I think mine is the 08 premium navionics. The lakemaster is better though.

My lakemaster has 1' contours. Thats on the river and Rainey lake. Its a very detailed chip for sure.

I would bet she'll be wide open thru the bay and out to the gap by thursday next week. Water is still up pretty good and running quite strong yet, cold too, the warmest I saw at Vidas today was just over 34 degrees late afternoon. Guy told me at the ramp today there was open water to the windsock out front of Sportsmans this afternoon!!

Keep your fingers crossed so those tribs don't bust loose till after the excursion weekend and all will be major league good.. Except maybe the weather!

Got two new rods and reels.

Okuma Classic on a 7.5' Rhino XL (Jr's rod) I'll call it Max Pain.

Abu BCX 6600 on a 7' uglystick heavy cat (mine) Max Bend.

Lets see if the untested 6600 can stop a monster and fight another, and another, again, and again.

Yeah I'm stoked to feel the power. More so to watch Jr and his buddy feel the pain and strain. This trip is their punishment for everything they did good.

Still keeping my fingers crossed to make it but not sure the boat I have will do the job? What do you think? I could always put a couch in the front for some comfort fishing or a couple recliners lol... This is one of the three demo boats Beaver Tail has available, what a SWEET RIG!!!!

I had a love seat in my boat for awhile last year. Made fishing a lot more comfy. I have an old recliner I could throw in this year if I really want to. DO you think anyone at Schusters would mind if we borrow furniture from the cabin
