Computer Fans

I picked up a couple computer fans for circulating the air in my Otter Lodge and Village. Now I am trying to figure out the best way to mount them. I am thinking some sort of clamp. What type of brackets have you all made for yours? -Thanks

Would zip strips work?

ax-man has a sort of rake clamp thingy, it is black and the screw that hold the cage onto the fan fit perfectly through it, it then clamps right onto any pole in my fishhouse. I will try and get some pic of the clamps up.

I used a rubber coated clothes hanger, cut it and bent it with a pliers into a hook to go around my roof pole. This also lets me adjust the flow of air because the wire will bend. Play with a clothes hanger and a pliers you will come up with something..and very cheap...BT

hardwater has a great idea. That might be the best thing out there for that.

I just bought some space pole clips from otter, I have my fan and led lights on separate clips and wired to my vex battery.

Mine had holes in all four corner. I just marked it and put a screw in two of the four corners up through one of the cross poles. It's held up for two years now and doesn't move.

Zip ties plus shower curtin hangers work well for temporary mounts.

I havnt been able to find any fans except online, what stores carry these things? Post or email would be fine. the Perch

Not sure where you're from Perch, but the unclaimed freight stores in Millaca & Mora had a bunch of them...two different sizes. Good luck!
