What a fun time guys!!

Even though I took the Channel Cat division, I think Larry (LFC) needs a big round of applause for his 2nd place Channel Cat. That was a MN River fish that missed the 1st place spot by 1 inch. That is truly incredible and an awesome fish out of the MN River.

The Red River is known for big channels with 20lb fish being the norm if you spend enough time up there. For a MN River channel to be 1" shy of my largest from the Red is incredible.

I can't wait for next year!!

This online contest was loads of fun. Everyone who participated did a great job of keeping the contest both fun and competitive. Some very impressive catches of both species were made as well as some great "the one that got away" stories. Can't wait to do it again next season!

Hey, I'll take second to last, it's better than nothing! I think the contest kept the forum more active than it normally would have been, and that's always a good thing. That way even when you're too busy with other things for a couple months at a time, and not fishing as much as you hoped, you can 'fish' vicariously through the other posts

I got in late this year as well. Was able to get out fishing with several team members as well as members of other teams and had a great time. Nothing like a little competition to keep the interest and drive alive.
