I don't know if anyone caught Lobster Wars last night on the Discovery Channel, but it's a new series like the Deadliest Catch. I hope it gets better, because last night was pretty lame.

I agree. Just watching that show made my distaste for the New England area come back.

The lobsterboaters seem to be on the low end of ethics compared to their Deadly counterparts and are likely one beer away from a felony arrest.

I'd agree with you there. Why would anyone destrot someone else's marked fishing gear on television? Slam dunk conviction there.

I also find it funny that some of them claim to "own" certain areas of the Banks to fish. Crazy!

I thought they were all a bunch of whiners!

These guys act like huge macho guys and they act like they have the toughest job in the world. But after watching the deadliest catch those crab fisherman make the lobster boys look like little school girls trying to catch butterflies.

And it does get annoying to watch them just destroy each others fishing gear. I am just waiting for one of them to get shot over it.

I saw it, watched 15 minutes of it, then watched the first season of the deadliest catch nonstop for the rest of the night. I hated the lobsterwars.
