I just wanted to let everyone know that I have a Solid buyer for my boat and that he's given me an "earnest" check to show his good faith. We're planning to take the boat out to a local lake for a test run this week to seal the deal.

I'm very confident that this deal will get done but if it happens to fall apart I'll post another message to let everyone know that the boat is still available.
