Little Atom Lures

I just received an order today that I placed with Little Atom lures late on Monday. Along with my order of Rat Finkees, Optic Stealth Jigs, and Nuggies, I ordered two Baby Bug Luggage jig boxes. If I had realized they were going to send me several freebies, I would have ordered another jig box. smile.gif I really like how the jigs are held securely in place, and I'm not kidding when I say I should have ordered another. Anyway, I hope to get on a lake tommorow night to test the Optic Stealth jigs out.

Little different shape and paint colors are a little different, otherwise the jigs are a similar design. The Little Atom products won't break the bank like the YBD Wolframs will. blush.gif

There is also some benefit to not having your jig drop like a rock, but fishing deep is not one, unless you like to wait a loooonnnnggg time.

I use the Optic Stealths quite a bit for my panfishing.

Well I tested the Optic Stealth last night in glow green with a glow Nuggie for added measure. It was a little slow going at first but I think I learned the technique for this particular lure. Unlike the Ratso that drops slowly and I "pound" when I have a fish interested. It appears the crappie on the lake where I fish like the lure used in a more swimmingly fashion without the short quick movement that I use on the Ratso. I believe I caught around 18 on the glow green #10 Ratso, and another 14 on the #10 glow green Optic Stealth/Nuggie combo. I can see in deeper water (I was only fishing in 16' of water) where I'll be using the Optic Stealth a whole lot more do to it's quicker rate of fall. All in all a great night with a total of 45 fish caught, the rest on minnows or a ratfinkee. smile.gif

The krazy dust is good stuff IMHO... Definately adds some color that can be a key trigger to the fishes...

Rick at Little Atom strives to keep his customers happy.. I am glad everyone has found these lures as they have been a mainstay for sometime now... Be sure to check out other lures as well... The knacker spoon, the rembrandt, shmoe spoon, and purist all are proven fish catchers as well...

Jim - Props to the Knacker spoon. I have been using that for perch and the difference in these compared to the Hali is they don't get near hung up on the main line as the hali that's why I like them. It's one of my favorite search lures now. I ordered LA last season and Rick through in a couple of knackers for me to try and this season I ordered every color, it's got an excellent tumbling action that draws in fish plus it has a rattle chamber, well thought out design...

The pink/purple LA Knacker caught this nice one...

Here is the link for the Knacker...

Little Atom Knacker Spoon

oops, seen you guys already put a link...

But yeah, they fish heavy and get the job done great.. Been using them for whitefish up in these parts.. The small hook excels in allowing these small mouthed fishes to suck in the bait...
