One Color

Hey guys if you only could have one color in your tackle box what would it be? This would be for every kind of fish.

I would have to choose Chartuse green I have had the all around best luck with this color for just about every speices of fish.

Besides, I'm colorblind so almost everything looks black or white to me.

I think it is very universal because almost every fish in the water has white on them somewhere. This makes white a good choice because it can mimic in some way nearly all baitfish in the water.

Blueberry Muffin or Watermelon. One of the two....Such a hard decision.

Cant do 1 color for everything so here is what I came up with.

Jigs- Chart

Spoons- Pink with black dots

Sticks- Blueberry muffin Right on Cheffrey!!

Cranks- Firetiger

Plastics- Smelt or Pro Blue

Flashers- Greens

Flies- Little Boy Blue

All the white responses surprised me. I will try white more often. I seem to have my best luck winter or summer with glow jigs the ones that are kinda yellow. This is a great site.

doesn't matter what color if you have enough beer and I am also suprised at all the white. I just haven't had the luck with white. Come on Dietz you can do it.

I like white, but the one one color that I have on most often for the species I fish for (walleyes, bass, pike, musky and lake trout) is ORANGE.

Man what a ? I think it would be white for me also,but yellow and green are up there on the list.
