What happened?

He did bump him before. Nothing like seeing Wonderputz's car go sideways. That was the best move of the race.

What a jug head, lets go push him with my helmet on. Actually if you watch the replay gordon is so little he looks like a bobblehead doll.

Kenseth would have mopped the floor with Gordon.

As for Kenseth getting into the back of Gordon, yes, he clearly got into the back of Gordon, and Kenseth even admitted to that. And now that I think of it, I believe Gordon mentioned he got into the back of Kenseth also, but HARDLY enough to spin him out, obviously since Kenseth finished the race.

Kenseth got all bent out of shape because his car wasn't fast enough to win the race, and Busch did what he had to do. He was only holding people up, and just about any driver would have done what Busch did.

The difference from what Busch and Gordon did is they only moved him up the race track as they're good at doing that while not taking a guy out of the race. Kenseth obviously doesn't have that kind of experience, or, didn't care.

There was some rediculous driving by many drivers at the end of the race.

When you push someone else, they almost always push back. This week Gordo can do the crying and next week it will be time for his partner in crime-Unibrow.It seems they can always push, but dont push back.Almost always, people race you as you race them.

It will be interesting to see if the guys can shrug off what happened today, or if it carries over to next weekend....ANOTHER SHORT TRACK! shocked.gifgrin.gif

Should be interesting to see. My guess is there will be some carry-over to next weeks race.

Kenseth said flat out he was wrong and needed to apologize to Gordon. Why do you guys think it was OK because it was Jeff? Truex too, that was clearly not intentional, there was no reason to spin him. Jeff said he didn't know what happened, thought Truex lifted or something. Stewart taught Truex though. Did you hear Little Marty's crew chief chewing him out? Classic.

Yes I did. That was kinda funny, but his crew chief made a good point. Truex is in the big show now, and you got to keep your head about you as the stakes don't get any higher. Busch series is one thing, but the cup series is a whole other deal, it's the premeir series in the sport of racing. And another thing, you don't want to be down there struggling around that 35th in points position!

That was certainly interesting to hear though. I wish I could have track pass and watch the race all at the same time. I think that would be pretty cool.

Yeah being a Gordon fan everyone hates him for some reason. Pretty new to nascar but have to agree that everyone gives him a hard time. '

That was funny when they tuned to Truex's headset and his crew chief used some pretty "colorful" language that Fox had to appologize for.

Hey Bass

I got Race Tracker yesterday and watched the race at the same time. Its fun you get the earphones on and listen to in car communications.

Did he mean to spin him out or did he mean to move him and he spun out? You don't know so don't condem a guy for something you don't know.

I'd be willing to say that the majority of the spinouts are accidental but the contact isn't. Did big E mean to put Labonte into the wall twice? I doubt it but he did mean to hit him.

First off Jeff Gordon would stomp the SNOTT!!!! out of Napafishy... grin.gif

Personally I would have punched Kenseth in face, can you imagine some one-who-thinks-I-am-silly who just took out a 3rd place car on the last lap having the STUPIDTY of being right there after the race when Gordon get's out of his car.

I do give Kenseth credit he was going over to apologize but I think it was bad timing.

I am guessing some of you may have had a different view if the roles were reversed.

I think some of you may be HIPPICRITS..... grin.gif

I didn't see the whole race as I was working on remodeling the bathroom. However, I really didn't see anything wrong.

I saw a lot of bumpin and tappin and knockin. Racing at Bristol, nothing more, nothing less.

Stewart taught Truex a little lesson, Busch bumped Kenseth out of his way, Kenseth bumped Gordon. Didn't look to me like he meant to spin the dude, but it's tough for me to tell someones intentions on TV.

Shoving a guy in the pits with a couple of cameras on ya really isn't the brightest thing to do, and I'm sure Nascar will take that up with Jeffy.

Which is essentially just what Kenseth said: I should have waited a while before approaching him.

This is a non incident on pit road, its not like when Tony Stewart smashed into Jeff's car and spun him out on pit road, now that was an incident!

Typical Bristol race! & I loved it. Scenerios like this have and always will occur at Bristol, for that reason it is one of the highest desired tracks to attend for a race. I agree that Kenseth didn't intentionally spin Gordon out and lose that many positions. But if you look back at 4 to 10 laps prior, the leader (Kenseth) and Busch and Harvick, were all being held up by the #88 Dale Jarrett. I like Jarrett, but if he would of let the leaders go by, this whole issue (17 & 24) would probably not occured, and Kenseth could have one the race, you never know. But like i said before, "It's Bristol" and the bump and run is a strategy that helps some and hurts others.

Guy's it has been brought up twice here. Did you see what the 20 did to the 1 car.

What they have in common.

The slower car was MOVED.

The slower car was spun out.

What they don't have in common.

We all are laughing at the 1 car for getting spun out.

A car on the lead lap was taken out.

For once I didn't disagree with stewart taking someone out. #1 was 1 or 2 laps down and trying to wreck cars in the top 5 or 10. CC to Truex: Your DEI ride was a piece of dump. Get out of the way so the good drivers/cars can race. Same thing for #88.

I think Tony just had enough and didn't want the #1 to take him out in the process of battling with the #24.
