This is a clean well built house that pulls very easily both on the lake and down the road. I have pics available upon request.

Drop wheels, double tubed axles, removable hitch, 4 angling holes, spearing hole, window covers, gas slide windows, insulated refrigerator with guage, 1 1/2" foam insulated floor w/ sheet metal cover, 15,000 BTU vented heater w/ wall thermostat, 3/4" treated plywood floor, deep cycle battery, fire ext., rod holders, spare tire, sleeps 3 (1 mattress included), 2-20 lb propane tanks w/ double regulator, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, 4-12v lights, 1-110v flourescent light, gas light, 110v and 12v fans, 12v lighter hookup, 2-110v outlets, 25' cord wired direct for generator.

Thanks for the interest everyone. I'm having trouble sending the pictures, I think the files are too large. I was hoping that when I placed the add that I could attach photos to it. If anyone has any suggestions on sending pics please let me know.

The fish house is located approximately 15 miles west of Bemidji (between Solway and Shevlin) along Highway 2 if anyone is up north for the holidays, feel free to stop by and check it out.

The house was built by two of my Dad's buddies, one a carpenter and the other a mechanic so it's quality throughout. It's my Dad's house and if I had the money I know I'd buy it. We used it six times last year and the original owner only used it a couple of times so it's in great shape.
