smoked it this weekend along with one I had a apple juice brine, I have to try it again today after it sat in the fridge for a couple days but the espresso bacon was ok tasted just like regular bacon no espresso flavor right away, apple bacon tastes really good can taste the apple in it.  Will post pics later when I get home
