Popular Post Coffee118
I had some seafood in the freezer leftover from the holidays that needed used. I made a bechamel sauce with shallots, garlic, white wine, flour and milk seasoned with thyme, oregano, Ramano cheese salt and pepper. Once thickened I added 2lbs gnocchi, 1/2lb shrimp cut in half, 2 dozen clams taken out of shells, 3/4lb lump crab 1/2 sea scallops. Cooked for about 10 min & served with parsley & alittle extra ramano. lovebigbluegills, rustysetter, smalliehunter and 3 others
