STOPI IT!  Man, I might haveta get married!! All this great food, and you don't even have to make it yourself!!!!!! :P

not a guarantee.  Someone in my house made tacos two nights ago.  It's hard to make a taco when most of the shells are broken in half due to a kitchen incident.  It ends up more like a taco sandwich.  I think she watches a cooking show...American's Worst Cooks...or something like that.  She picks up some tips there from the contestants to improve her skills.  Frankly her cooking is kind of cute to me.

She broke the door to the lower oven the other day and she broke the door to the upper oven last Summer.  I'm not sure what she was doing in that area of the kitchen but somehow she broke the doors.  Last night I asked her to turn the upper oven on so I could make about 70 meatballs for the party.  When I came into the kitchen 15 minutes later the lower, broken door oven, was at 350 and the oven I needed to use wasn't on.  I guess I'd be bad at running a nuclear power plant so I understand the situation, slightly.

How do you break an oven door?!

she breaks the hinges actually.  With the hinge broke the door doesn't close all the way and to open it is a complete hassle.  Good point on the step stool Bobber, once again another reason I'm happy she doesn't look at our "blog" here.  There is a tall cabinet above the stove and she'd probably try it.  She's short too.

The bonus of the top door being broken is that with it ajar it cooked the "brains" of the oven and we had to get a new one once.  She also broke the glass cook top once.  It's amazing the damage she has done in this kitchen.  Oh well...she's cute.

How did the chops turn out Reb?  I have used the Italian dressing for chicken breasts and they are perfect every time.  Could be the same with chops.  I marinade them for a few hours or overnight.  Then rinse them off.  Put a little apple juice in the baking pan, sprinkle some seasoning in the juice and then put the seasoning on the breasts.  350 until tender.  I turn them over once in awhile during the cooking process.  Very tender and very juicy.  good luck.

Pretty good, Rh. I was only able to marinate them for about 3  hours, due to some appts and other foolishness today I had to do. Think 5-8 hrs would have been great.I usually soak them in concentrated apple juice overnite.  I find when I cook them at 375* in my little toaster oven, seems to keep more moisture in than a big oven. I'm doing my chicken thighs in there too, and they turn out super juicy. They're on the menu tomorrow. I may be onto something here....

I saw some kids out at recess today and looked on my truck thermometer and it was 5 degrees out.  Very proud of the school and kids for leading a normal day.  Reb almost smoke some terrorists at the car was today so we can cut him some slack.  He also made me laugh comparing the wind to Smurfy talking.  I'm glad I don't talk a lot.
