It's unfortunate that anyone under 40 even knows who Bruce Jenner is. I've never even watched that vapid garbage, but I still, unfortunately, know who he is.

I am 38 and have never watched Brucette's "reality" TV show. I just remember him as a 1980s TV personality (CHiPs, TV gameshows, Olympic coverage, infomercials) and an Olympic gold medal winner.

I won't disagree with you on that point. I was just thinking about how hard it was to pass a highly regulated medical mary jane bill here. I was sleeping in a crib and pooing a diaper when he was in the Olympics, but he was still pretty well known in the 1980s for his Olympic gold. Similar to Mark Spitz and Dorothy Hamill. Never saw them compete, but they are well known. To date, NBC still pumps Jenner's name during every summer Olympics.
