It's unfortunate that anyone under 40 even knows who Bruce Jenner is. I've never even watched that vapid garbage, but I still, unfortunately, know who he is.

I see a crash and burn in her future with some of her political perspectives. grin

I see a crash and burn in her future because she's not part of the 2 party system.

She's looks more electable than that Tommy Chong looking fellow I voted for last time.

I am 38 and have never watched Brucette's "reality" TV show. I just remember him as a 1980s TV personality (CHiPs, TV gameshows, Olympic coverage, infomercials) and an Olympic gold medal winner.

I'm 36, wasn't old enough to remember him in the olympics and apparently didn't watch enough TV in the 80s.

I won't disagree with you on that point. I was just thinking about how hard it was to pass a highly regulated medical mary jane bill here. I don't see a recreation bill passing anytime soon in this state nor do I see a candidate that supports it going anywhere. Welcome to Minnesota, land of 10,000 laws. grin

Wait Bruce Jenner was on CHiPs?

From Wikipedia

Following his Olympic victory and the related recognition, his professional career led to new success in television. By 1981, he had starred in several made-for-TV movies and was Erik Estrada's replacement briefly on the top-rated TV series CHiPs.

I was sleeping in a crib and pooing a diaper when he was in the Olympics, but he was still pretty well known in the 1980s for his Olympic gold. Similar to Mark Spitz and Dorothy Hamill. Never saw them compete, but they are well known. To date, NBC still pumps Jenner's name during every summer Olympics.
