2014 Chase - Contender Round

Figured I'd start a discussion on the last 9 races of the Chase and ask what four drivers you think will be the next to be eliminated. When we get to 6, 3, and 1 we'll do it again.

Twelve remaining drivers:

Contender Round tracks: Kansas/Charlotte/Talladega

FYI- All drivers start this round with the same amount of points.

So, which four don't make it to the Eliminator Round?

Dega sure makes this interesting. Without it would think Kahne/Hamlin most likely.....next most likely would be Edwards/Newman.....always the chance of Shrub ending his run smacking the wall on any given lap on any given race though. But because of Talladega, will say one of the Hendricks/Pennzoil big boys goes down.

For fun ....will say Kahne, Hamlin, Busch, Gorden.

Whoah... the Kaz was full on tilt....lol. Suppose he, jr., or vajay-jay might make it out of Dega, but you can pretty much stick a fork in a few of the "front runners".

Kesolowski was a fool last night with his driving antics, I do not blame Matt or Denny for going after Brad.

Afraid Jr has had too much bad luck the last 2 weeks to advance out of this round. Cant blow a tire and brake a shifter in back to back races and expect to advance. JJ is alo in harms way.

Dega will shake it all up some more yet.

Kenseth drives like a d-bag all night (as usual) and then when someone retaliates he acts like the little "female dog" that he is. He can go pound sand. Maybe if he wasn't caught trying to cheat-up his car before the race he wouldn't have to drive like a fool because of having to start at the rear of the field.

And then to complain that he was unbuckled when he was hit? That's your fault for being a moron. We all know nothing ever happens when the cars come down pit road. *rollseyes*

Appears the Toilet-odor drivers are a little bitter after getting their arse handed to them all season.

Kez was in full regard mode and he is lucky that there were guys there to save his butt.

Although I couldn't help but feel a flashback to the old WCW when for whatever reason they had the cameras on him as he walked between those trailers and had the perfect camera angle for the " surprise attack" to get it all on video. Nicely done NASCAR.

If I were brad, I would be a bit more mindful that some of the drivers he likes to go after, once they are out of the Chase, they could come back and stuff him in the wall and then that would be the end of his Chase dreams.

Not real bright on Kez end.

Now he has Hamlin, Kenseth and Tony not very happy with him along with a growing list of other drivers.
