Twas the night before bear baiting and all thru the site, the voices were heard, "Hey wheres Boar? this aint right!"

So I got to come back and I have to play nice or I'll be on the naughty list and they wont think twice.

So its the night before bear bating and its time to get started, to talk about bear hunting with earnist whole harted.

There were alot of other words that woulda rymed there, but its not about that, its all about bear.

Got me my bait barrels and got me my buckets, totaly lost count and said awwwwwww forget it.

Got doughnuts and scent spays and grease up the waazoo, im sure to get pics and huge piles of pooo.

I need to say thanks to all those involved, for me being back just in time for the fall.

Its time to get baiting I hope your all ready, its the best of all things like a hot chick in a teddy.

Boxes of candy, some gummies, some corn, a 55 gal. drum of carmel topping, that better than porn.

Opps i did it again, or so the song gose, its the only word that rymed there, im sorry, I spose.

Bear baiting's the best, it gets in my blood, the closer it gets, my heart starts to flood.

Its like Christmas to me, as some of you know, cant think of much else, even my wife has said so.

But one thing that stands out, abouve all the bait, is you guys on the forum your support was so great.

It touched me alot and I thought I would cry, and I thought that I should, but boars do not cry they po op in the woods.

So here we now sit on the eve of all things, the greatest time in the woods, my wifes glare starts to sting.

Now fill up the buggy, now fill up the truck, its off to the woods! Now everyone GOOD LUCK!

Great work Boar! Funny and clever stuff (oh, did I mention a little weird?) above! Go get 'em you bear baiters! I wish I was joining your ranks this year. However, after getting my butt whooped by the bears last year and not drawing a tag this year, I have to sit this year out. Hopefully I'll pull a tag again next year so I can once again get my butt whooped by the bears...

I must admit I was waiting for this much like a kid waits for Christmas! I even left a couple week old glazed donuts on a plate by the fireplace for old boar before going to bed last night. Boar didn't disappoint either. My present was there this morning. Boars poem was gift wrapped and even better than last year! Thanks boar. It now feels like a real bear season again!

Amusing stuff!

We have 12 baits out for our party last weekend. Going back up Friday to give them a weekend check and hang some stands up.

Saw a few big piles of poo on the roadways, gets the blood pumping knowing they are out and about near our bait sites!
