Well, no thoughts on the first 4 episodes?

Has been a pretty strong season already, in my opinion. Lots of posturing for some big battles to come. I'm definitely entertained, at least. Curious what others are thinking.

Often when a show is on this grand of a scale, and this hyped up, and you wait so long for it to start, it can feel disappointing, but I think it's right on par with the rest of the seasons so far.

I guess I might just be talking to myself here, lol, but that last episode may be the best in the series. Top 3 for sure. Just incredible! Anyone else watching this?

Hodor!  Yes I've been watching.  I haven't read the books, but I love the show.

This was a great season.  The last 2 episodes were some of the best episodes ever on Game of Thrones.  Starks are back in Winterfell, Cersei got her revenge and now sits on the iron throne, Khaleesi is crossing the sea with her army, and winter is here. I already can't wait for next season!

Couldn't agree more. The tendency with even great shows that run over 3-4 seasons is to sort of fizzle out toward an unsatisfying ending, but if this season is any indication, that's not the path we are on! Generally the "penultimate" episode is #9, and #10 sort of slows down and lays out some chess pieces, but they cranked it up even harder in the finale. Man, alive, what a way to go out with a bang! Never count Cersei out... She's smart and evil, and that's a dangerous combo!

Now I just read that next season may be delayed and might not be released on time (could spill into May potentially). That's a long time to wait, but this show is definitely worth it!

I hear the reason next season will be delayed is that they are waiting for winter to film it.  The long winter is here!!!

Just finished watching the first season using Netflix, don't know why I waited so long. Best thing is I have a lot of season waiting for me..

Anyone here been watching the final season? Any thoughts? I have been mostly disappointed in the direction they have gone but hopefully they redeem themselves in the final 2.
