Driving home on sunday, I had a small group of 4 or 5 turkeys cross the road in front of me on a paved country road.. speed limit 55. If I hadn't been going quite a bit slower, I mighta hit one. Big birds can do big damage, ever seen that mythbusters and turkey/plane collision episode?

That musta been crazy scary for the truck driver, right at the driver's side of the windshield!

My nephew does body shop work. His shop claims turkeys are real money makers, even better than deer. Like throwing a sack of wet cement in the air.

Nope it's not a registrable bird the glass adds too much weight, I know Gordie already adds his no roll river sinkers to his birds

I just got done replacing the front grille on our Yukon.

Took out a Tom with it.

2 came out of the ditch.

1 of them went over the hood but the other 1 didn't get up quick enough.

Still picking parts out of the radiator.

It actually bent the radiator mount brackets.

The driver in that truck is sure lucky that bird did not face plant him.
