southeast of river falls. can't wait! Corn just came out tuesday and have been seeing lots of deer including a nice 12 pointer. Should be a good opener again this year.

Near Ashland in Zone 3. A bucks only zone. Apparently there's a reason I haven't been seeing deer the last couple years! There isn't any. Get to spend the week with my Sister, brother in-law, and niece (who live there), which is the reason I go!!!

Funny you say that

We just finished a job up in Port Wing. Man there certainly is no shortage of deer in that area! I would assume it is from a lack of hunting pressure (buck only) for the past few years?

Though out of the hundred +/- I saw over the week, only a couple small bucks were seen......

Cooter, farm country, my brother in law has 100 acres just off 12, can't remember the crossroad there, it's a gravel road, one of the few in that area. He is bumming out right now, stuck a good buck on Sunday and lost it, one of the three he has on camera, hopefully he made it or at least we can come across him this weekend.
