ff trade thoughts

This is a 12 man league and I am currently 3-0, but hurting at WR. Have 2 good TE's hoping to get rid of one for a WR.

I would give up Jermichael Finley and Ryan Mathews

for

Rashard Mendenhall and Vincent Jackson

Here is the rest of my roster:

QB: Matt Hasslebrook

RB: Danny Woodhead

WR: Lee Evans (hurt)

WR: Miles Austin (hurt)

RB: Jonathan Stewart

TE: Jermichael Finley

Thoughts, I could care less about TE as long as one remains, I really really need another WR, but Mathews has been a great sleeper pick and has done way more than Mendenhall so far? However Mendenhall doesnt split carries too much.

to me the way mathews has been playing and the way Finley can basically become a wideout I would have a hard time making this trade especially if the transactions are open then I would just try to find a FA to pick up......good luck n why ruin a good thing when you are 3-0...

I would make Dustin Keller and Mathews trade, but wouldn't give up Finley. I'm not being biast cause I'm a Packer fan, but he will get a lot of receptions this year, and bascially is a WR. He will be the top TE at the end of the year.

There has to be something on waivers. Nate Washington, Torrey Smith, Denarius Moore all should be good going forward. Otherwise, I think I would make that trade because of the lack of depth at reciever.

Finley OR matthews for Jackson, sure, but you look solid at RB if stewart can get rolling. Unless I missed something Austin shouldn't be out too long. Otherwise like ozzie and creepworm said, scour the FA pick up wire.

waiver wire might be a better option than that trade... someone like Nate Washington for example, or Cruz/Torrey Smith, or even Titus Young

I'd make that trade anyday of the week. You have the worst starting WR's I've ever seen lol, Vincent is a beast and Rashard will come around.

Keller and Mathews would be better if you can pull it off but I doubt the guy your trading with would be down with that.

Even with the trade how it is your getting way more value, Rashard is a late 1st/ early 2nd and Vincent is a late 2nd/ early 3rd. Finley you got late and Mathews is a Mid rounder, there will be alot of weeks Tolbert outshines him too, Rashard gets to pretty much hog the ball to himself.

+1. Your upgrades are much bigger than your downgrade at TE.
