pushbutton Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 penzeys have some good choices...dont be afraid to try some of the mixes that are not specifically targeted for sausage. have used galena street rub, rogan nosh, gyro mix, shwarma, ect......now i am hungary.
