sausage seasoning mixes

i see on here there are some guys that like the grandpa joshs seasoning mixes. Im looking at stuff from curleys sausage kitchen, has anyone ever tried their stuff?

I've gotten casings and some other things from Curleys.....including one of their sticks seasoning.Can't remember the name of it,but it was the one their kid likes.I didn't like it at all.

I have tried Curleys venison bacon and the breakfast sausage mix. Both were very good.

penzeys have some good choices...dont be afraid to try some of the mixes that are not specifically targeted for sausage. have used galena street rub, rogan nosh, gyro mix, shwarma, ect......now i am hungary.

for pre-mixed seasonings i would recommend hamms butcher supply on 65 in ham lake. everything you need. good luck.

Check out PS Seasoning in WI, or you can get their stuff at some Gander Locations. They're the bomb. Most of the stuff doesn't have enough flavor, but PS's does. Love the garlic summer and spicy garlic summer

I tried curleys venison bacon, teri sticks, and codys sticks all were Big hits with at home and with the guys at work. would highly recomend them
