Being versatile on the ice is very important, along with my favorite jigs tied to my jigging rod, I always have a float rod rigged up for a good one-two punch. Agreed, ordered mine last year and love the fact that you can go from a waxy to a minnow on the same jig and only have to adjust your float, not change it.. Can't wait to try the nite brite ones,

yes they are going to be at the show, Cory was in my shop last week and we talked a bunch so he is excited and I am excited to carry them in the shop this winter, glow are really something to see. should be good for anyone from crappies to eyes, to light biter sunnies!!

I tell ya, after I switched over to Venom Floats last year, I'm hesitant to even look at something else right now. They worked flawlessly for me last year, especially during a few "lite" bite episodes I ran into. No Fish Was Safe!!!

Sounds like there's a lot of guys who like them... How well do they adjust after ice starts to build up hole hopping?

I'll be using them this year also. Last year I was hesitant because of the multiple parts, I tend to misplace things. The way they work you just can not go wrong. Besides I'm tired of trying to cut those foamy things down to the right size.

The nite-bite ones are going to be awesome and I can see them being a big hit with the kids also.

When Im hole hopping Im looking for agressive fish and Im not using bobbers. Actually I very seldom use bobbers outside of my house with late ice when its warm being the only exception.

I will say if you do use bobbers outside use one that has the bobber stop meeting the bobber under the water not on top where the cold can get at it. The Venom does just that.

I believe the current floats offered by venom will suspend a lure that is 1/4oz. or smaller. If the pimples that you are using fall within that range, then yes, it would suspend the lure.

In their video they make mention of another float in development. Perhaps a larger float that would accomodate heavier lures? Dunno.
