Anyone else watching when Zumaya went down last nite?

Man that looked painful. He could barely move the rest of his body due to the pain in his elbow. I really felt for him. They put him on the 15 day DL today but I'm sure he'll miss the rest of the season if not end his career. Talk about tough luck. 3 years in a row now for him. I wouldn't wish that on anyone - even if they play for the Tigers.

Yeah that was tough to see. My arm acually started to hurt watching his twitch. Not good seeing him cry. I thought the Twins crowd showed a lot of class by clapping and giving him a standing ovation.

Apparently the end of his elbow broke off... sick

Sounds about as painful as it looked. Watching him on the field made me cringe. At least his ligaments are OK, so his career isn't over yet.

I have never liked how Detroit uses him. As much trouble as he has they should only have used him for 3 outs that is it. They seem like they try to stretch him and every year he is on the DL. Got to give the twins credit with how they handle their pitchers.
