I was hoping he was going to get in, but frankly I'm surprised he got this close.

At first glance I would have said that one reason Bert doesn't get in is because of his home runs allowed totals but that can't be it because Robin Roberts holds the record in that category and he is in the HOF.

If he played for the yanks, dodgers, or red sox he'd have about 30 more wins! Probably a few more strikeouts too since I'm guessing he would've pitched more innings as well.

I could see Bags getting in. Walker I think may be in some day, but probably not on his first try. Then there's some juicers there that won't get in, unless a more prominent juicer starts the trend.
