Back2Dakota
Ok so I shot a doe and a buck in a managed area with my rifle. Can I hunt the same area with my smoke pole if I am hunting with others? The handbook is not much help or I just missed something.
BucksnDucks
Nope, only way you would be able to hunt deer after your 2 in the managed area, is if you were to go to a intensive area.

Coach1310
I believe you can still party hunt any area.... you just won't be able to tag anything in that area.
vister
yup. only party hunting is allowed though. you can shoot something, but a party member has to tag it. and, if you're sitting in a stand, you have to be reasonably close to a party member, otherwise you're not party hunting
Back2Dakota
Vister-You look familiar.Do or did you work for Jim V? MA? I should be good to go then. I will be going out with my Dad and plan on staying close to him. Would rather him shot one anyways.

buckhunter21
Yep you can still party hunt, you still have to buy a muzzy license but cant use the tags from it, someone else in your party has to use an open tag if you get one.

Musky Buck
Let er buck. Since we're talking muzzy and the answer is here can I change this one a bit and ask how many of you muzzy guys use original black powder like I ? I know pyrodex or whatever it is likely is most common. I'll start a new topic etc.
