sparkyaber
It is good to see some fellow homebrewers out there. I have been brewing all grain since this spring. I started with the extracts over 2 years ago. I have 7 carboys full right now. 2 with Indian Brown Ale, 2 with M&M coffee stout (mint and milk chocolate coffee) 1 with RIS, 1 with haus ale, and one with apfelwein. Currently I am drinking a furious clone, oktoberfest, and a porter.I really need to beef up my pipeline!

sparkyaber
Furious clone? Please share. Midwest has a kit. You can get it in all grain or extract. It has the aroma of furious, but not quite the bitterness. Maybe I got some lower AA hops?
goblueM
brewed a belgian tripel IPA today. Should be pretty fantastic, I was at a gathering of Northern Brewer employees a few months ago and one of them brought one of the test batches he made. delicious! Finally kegged the Three Hearted late last week. Force carbonated for a couple of days. I sampled last night. I think it is going to be awesome. Adjusted the CO2 a bit and will test again tonight. NoCal
I tried the NB Three Hearted and threw in some Apricot in part of the batch.. IT took some time..but the flavor mellowed and was awesome.I need to try for a beligan next...either that or a brown ale with a good helping of maple syrup. I have had very good luck using maple sugar for the priming sugar on a few brown ales.

sparkyaber
Goblue- I am just finishing up a brewathon. I had all 9 of my carboys full for over 2 months. I have about 9 cases and a two keg supply, along with 3 full carboys still. Nothing to special, a Surly bender clone, 10 gallons of Surly Furious clone, an ipa, an esb, 2 brown ales, 2 ibas, SNPA clone, another pale ale, and a RIS. My M&M coffee stout is really wonderful. It is getting better every time I try it.I need to take a break to free up some bottles or kegs.......or buy more kegs!
sparkyaber
How is everyone's brew haus going? I have been brewing a ton lately, I have to take a few weeks off for my mothers wedding (where 15 gallons will be served) and then right back at it. I just got a job at midwest, and it would be a sin to not brew 10 gallons after 10 gallons!
buddha
Hey Spark,I've been out of brewing for a little bit. The Furious clone you completed, can that be done with out all grain? I'm fishing too much to make the time, maybe I need to make the time!
sparkyaber
Buddha, Yes, it can be made with extract. Kit is at midwest. Maybe I will give your buddy across the lake a few to take up with him, he might share.

I'm moving to Virginia next week (have to transport 9 full cases of beer, 4 carboys, and associated equipment, yikes) but that will be the first brew I do once I get situated
