fishinphilth
Who would you start?Thomas Jones or Clinton Portisand Percy Harvin or Roddy WhiteThanks in advance for the input
Dan189
It depends who each are playing.I think in the long run Roddy is going to outpace Percy.Unless Favre continues to utilize his mad skills.Thomas Jones and Portis is a tough call, go with the one that's playing the better matchup=weaker team. walleyes12
percy due to that the vikes are playing the lions, and Thomas Jones, New England couldnt stop the run against the bills

bassNspear
would you take the chance of starting Slaton this week vs the Titons, or Cadilac willams?
fishinphilth
Coach it is for a different league. I just couldnt ask for advice for our league on here. Nofish I would go with Jones. Bills ran against them last weekend pretty well.
Jim Uran
Dude, Slaton STUNK it up last week. I've got him on my team. I'm stickin with him though! I have Pierre Thomas, who I'm not sure is going to play, and Jamal Lewis, who is also gimped up, and Kevin Smith who is as good as gimped because he's playing the Vikings. Gotta love FF!! zamboni
I have Slaton and Thomas on my team, too!! Reports are Thomas will be playing, but will see limited action due to Bell.

Cadilac FOR SURE! Where did you pick Slaton? Probably first round right...maybe early 2nd? He was definitely your first RB pick. You probably took a QB or WR in the first round if he was your second pick. You don't bench your early round draft pick after a disappointing first week. He was your first RB for one reason...the probability of him blowing up is greater than any other RB available at the time of your pick. You can bench him, but you will kick yourself the first time he puts up a big game without him out of your starting roster. If he continues to struggle thru week 3, then we have a different story... At that point it's time to start playing the matchup game a bit.Looks to me that this must be in a different league than the FM League on Fox? Hopefully that helps. It applies to every position on your squad. Don't give up on your first pick at each position just yet. If you want to play matchups with your 2nd and 3rd guys, go to town! zamboni
I got Slaton in the 2nd. 13th overall, I took Fitzgerald 7th overall.
Swimbait2009
Nicely done! That's the beginning of a great squad! Houston will get their **** together.
LMITOUT
They better....I have to start Schaub this week because McWorthless broke his McRib. I don't know why I drafted that guy.....can't stand him, never could.
Swimbait2009
That's funny...I'm in exactly the same position!!
zamboni
Put McNabb on your injured list and pick up Garcia, for some reason he puts up great numbers, yet no team ever wants to play him.
Swimbait2009
I think Kolb is gonna be serviceable, which will exclude Garcia from any action. Fox won't let me move anything to the IR. Not sure why.
zamboni
Yeah I seen last night Kolb is going to be the starter, might explain why Andy Reid won't win a Super Bowl.
LMITOUT
Why? Because he's starting the QB that has been with the team all year and knows the play book, and not some other team's garbage they picked up just this past week? Come on.
Swimbait2009
Andy Reid is no dummy. He'll go with the guy who's more prepared for the system (Kolb) and if he struggles (which he probably will), then he'll pull him for Garcia. But he'll give Kolb a fair chance (at least to the half) to make a game of it. Next week would be the week to consider Garcia for your fantasy lineup if McNabb doesn't play. Also depending on how Garcia does at the end of this week, assuming he plays (which he will).
zamboni
Garcia was there just a couple years back and almost took them to the Super Bowl. Playbook hasn't changed that much, I can guarantee it. Would you rather have Kolb starting, or a QB who just last season had people all across the country clammoring that he should have went to the Pro Bowl? I would take Garcia, hands down
