anyone else see the multiplayer vid on ign or youtube. there is gonna be a 11 killstreak bonus of being able to use the ac130 gunship above the map, and it looks like you might be able to customize your killstreak bonuses. looks sick.

Latest COD has been wearing a bit thin lately, although I may buy the last MAP pack to spice it up until Modern Warfare 2 comes out.

I believe it comes out on Nov.10th Leechbait. I for one love COD games but hate playing online. I wish they would make the games a little longer for those us of who don't do the online thing.

Ya gotta play online - that's the main deal about COD. It's harder for sure, but it's way more fun than playing the CPU and their predictable patterns.

I can't wait for MW2! Heck I still need to get Madden.

I had World At War for 3 months before I ever played online, and wish I had played online from the get-go. Online takes it from a mediocre game to something quite great.

Im getting pretty excited about this game. I love the fact that it comes out november 10th its gonna help kill time between soft water and hard water for a guy that doesnt hunt.

The single player is good but the online play is the reason I buy the COD games.

I've been watching some the new videos. Looks very similar to COD4 with some new additions.

The Pro additions to the Perks might make things interesting.

Yeah I think it should be good. They kept the basic gameplay the same but changed up things like perks, weapon and gear slots, killstreaks, and added spec ops mode. All that should help add a little more depth and tactical thinking instead grenade fests some of the games end up being.

'place your preorder and get free dvd' kinda thing. I got a free dvd for Halo 2? pre-order......although the dvd eventually made it's way to my garbage can, unopened.

Yeah I usually wait on new games to find the best deals/promos but I sold some old games and preordered this one months ago. I hope gamestop has a midnight release. Ive never gotten this excited for a game release, ever.

I was excited for the release of WaW after COD4's awesomeness, but was quickly disappointed and wish I had never wasted the $60. I don't think this one will have that same fate since it takes place in present day with modern weapons, not to mention it was designed by the COD4 developers.
