SledNeck
I guess I didn't realize the Pack was that bad..Really? Then again I only have a couple recollections of the Packers, winning the Super bowl with Favre and the infamous and everlasting Super Bowl Loss the following year. We'll call that the FUNNEST FACT Badge! I never thought it could get any better then that for a Viking fan, THAT Super Bowl Loss, but low and behold............... Brett Favre is a VIKING!!! Beyond Priceless...LOL! I feel the same way. Brett Favre isnt my first choice for vikes QB. I just want to see him tarnish his reputation in Green Bay forever. kitchy
I love football regardless of who is playing. That being said I've always been a Packers fan. I live in MN and my wife's side of the family are diehard Vikings fans. Historically, I never give people [PoorWordUsage] about their teams. However, my in-laws feel the need to give me some unsolicited "ribbing" about my team of choice. I found a way to shut them up. When they come to my house and start spewing their garbage, I turn on my TV, go to my saved programs on my DVR, and play for them the 1998 NFC Championship game. Ouch!! Nuff said. zamboni
Don't even lump the Vikes in with the BILLS (Boy I Love Losing Super bowls) The Bills did it 4 times IN A ROW. If you lump us in with them, throw the Broncos in, too. Weren't they 0-4 before they won one? And when they finally did win a Super Bowl, who'd they beat? Oh yeah, the puke and snot. BTW, it was Chris Hovan who once said the Packers unis looked like puke and snot, I am just merely agreeing with him

zamboni
Hes had a solid few years with Tampa Made a Pro Bowl there. They switch his position and he has actually flourished since. He even said the Vikes weren't putting him at the right spot

HAHA I haven't heard anyone call him "Fat Dumb" since I lived up there and would listen to the HAMS everyday. Got me laughing pretty good there. PierBridge
Chris Hovan was a joke! 4 1/2 Sacks in his 4 seasons in Tampa but WE didn't use him right LMAO! Ocean front property in the Sahara desert anyone?Good Grief people!
zamboni
His one good year was better than he ever had here, I never said he needs to go to the HOF, just that he has been decent since he left here.
zamboni
BTW, from the Bucs HSOforum:Led all Buccaneers defensive linemen in tackles in 2005, 2006 and 2008, and ranked second on the line in 2007 with a career-high 95 tackles… Yeah he is horrible. Stopping the run is just as valuable as getting 4 sacks a game.
PierBridge
His one good year was better than he ever had here, I never said he needs to go to the HOF, just that he has been decent since he left here. Do you have any stats or a link to back that up how about a picture of him in his Pro Bowl uniform?.. Never mind here they are... 5 seasons in Minnesota and 17 sacks! 4 Seasons in Tampa 4 sacks! And he had more Tackles in Minnesota by the way! LOL!
PierBridge
ranked second on the line in 2007 with a career-high 95 tackles… So he had an NFL record 95 tackles in 2007?... this is getting good in here. Actually he had 32 tackles in 2007 but we'll just go with 95 that sounds better!...

waxworm09
You gotta love packer fans, like the guy who said the Vikes will go 16-0, win 4 playoff games, and lose the super bowl. First of all, the NFC must be pretty good if we go undefeated and still have to play a wildcard game! Second, even if you have to play a wildcard game, you play 3 games, not 4. Nobody plays 4 playoff games. But I do give him credit for trying to rip us... And my 3rd point, for all the packer fans that already have the excuse that if we win the superbowl we only did it because we have their qb, well guess what? Hes not your qb, hes our qb! Hes here because he hates Ted Thompson and Green Bay, and after 16 or 17 years of packer fans acting like he was your god, he doesnt like you and wants to play AGAINST you!!! THATS GOTTA HURT!!!!HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sandmannd
I'll agree with everything you said wasworm except the part that Favre doesn't like the fans. I don't believe it has a thing to do with the fans it all has to do with how much he dislikes Ted Thompson.
Wade Joseph
It will take 4 playoff wins for the queens to win a S/B. Wait, 4 playoff games can't happen??? Well, neither can a Vikequeen S/B win. What do you call a Viking with a Superbowl Ring? Used to be "Thief", now its "An Ex Packer"
Steve Foss
Wade, I think we're going to have to have a get-together for Packer fans/LaCrossians down near Souptown this football season. Even if Favre and the Vikes beat the Pack, we'll still have our pride. All the Vikes fans have is their hopes, which is a lot like those geeky losers who mope around the bars a half hour before closing time imagining some chick will lower her standards for the night. Compared with the Lavender Queens, the Packers are the Lords of the Rings. The Vikes fans basically are Orcs with horns and pretensions. The good news for Vikes fans is that they don't need to learn math. You win or you lose. Win enough and you are champions, and you don't have to count to listen to the TVbuffoons tell you you've won. Lose and you go home, and you don't need even to listen to the TVbuffoons to know that, since that's what the Vikes have done since their inception. In other words, after losing the biggest games during the whole history of the franchise, being The Biggest Loser has now become part of Vikings fans' genetic memories. Ugh, it's gotta be tough for Vikes fans to choke down that chicken bone, eh?

Ugh, it's gotta be tough for Vikes fans to choke down that chicken bone, eh? Does the packers one superbowl win in the post mesozoic ERA somehow void out all the other choke/rear end beating games they played? LIKE Vick and the falcons going into a a snowy cold lambeau and dismantling the pack after all you heard for weeks in how the packers are unbeatable in lambeau when the temp is yadda yadda. An 84 year old Denver Broncs QB imposing his will and making pack fans forget they ever played in that superbowl. Randy Moss making the lambeau endzone his home in a play off upset! Has Favre ever beat Culpepper in the playoffs? OUCH. 4th and 26!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Greatest show on turf 45 pack 17. That game was a beatdown, my GAWD! NY Giants dont have a chance at lambeau..........WHOOPS! when you point one finger..................
Wade Joseph
Oh how quickly we forget the 34 to NOTHING whipping we gave you at Lambeau in 2007 !?!?!Oh, and then there was the 38-10 thumping AT YOUR HOUSE in 1996 !?!?!?The two teams have been fairly well matched over the years....EXCEPT...We have won a Superbowl.....or three. These were done in my lifetime. I think most of you wearing purple don't want to use anything past 2000 because while the Packers have had success in the past, you guys have the prestige of being one of three FOUR TIME LOSERS!It will be a long, LONG time before the queens will be able to get that monkey off their back, like maybe win the LOMBARDI trophy at least 3 or 4 times. Meanwhile, the Bills and Bronco's are trying to beat you to that mark as well.
LMITOUT
Did you see that?? Because THAT just happened!! I can't believe that Vikings Fan has the nerve to open his mouth with the failure, not to mention the laughingstock of the league, his team has been up to this point (40+ years now?). There ain't enough "yeah but's" to overcome what's in the picture above. Go win something and then get back to me, otherwise go sit in the corner and zip it because your mouth is writing checks your trophy room can't cash. Yawn.
