FishNovice101
I have a lot of sliced side pork in the freezer. Does anyone have any recipes for this? Thanks
BD110
The only way I have ever eaten side pork is to fry it like bacon and season with salt a pepper. Then we would put it on buttered bread folded and have at it.

paul pachowicz
I use side pork with fried cabbage. I cut the pork in small chucks and saute it. 'bout 1/2 way thru the saute I add onion. When that is done I set it aside then chop up the cabbage and add carroway seed, pepper and a touch of garlic powder. By now the saute has cooled and I throw that into a large mixing bowl and stir it together. Then I put it in a large pot, add about 1/2 can of beer, one beef boulion cube and a 1/2 tablespoon of bead molasses. Set the temp on high til it gets the beer steaming and set it to low till the cabbage is tender, stirring now and then. This dish I find is better tomorrow too. You can use boneless pork chops in stir-fry strips size also.

KeystoneLight
Fry it up (but not crunchy) and serve it with mashed potatoes and milk gravy. Mmmmmmmm!!!!!
IFallsRon
I've been marinating sliced pork in teriyaki and cooking it up on skewers. The kids devour that but will pick at a nicely grilled chop.
Boss Hogg
Try just Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Terrific. That is the only way we do it.
delcecchi
Try looking for chinese recipes like "twice cooked pork" or "red braised pork" although they are really done with chunks of pork belly aka side pork. Lots of chinese dishes done with pork belly.
