St. Pattty effect fishing?

Bottle Fish

Recommended Posts

I was just wondering if St. Patrick Day effects fishing at all. I know it might effect how many people are out fishing. I can't drive out to the lake I know that.

Do people fish on St Pattys Day? Do green jigs work best? How about some green stink bait? Do you put a leprechaun down the hole for luck?

If you put a couple drops of green dye in the water it might attract them pretty good. Anyone try it before? Just something to chew on. smile

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone.

A leprechaun is standing next to a hole and asking you if you think you should send him down that hole.

Your wife is trying on her Prom dress and asking you if you think it's too tight.

In either case, the answer you give will not satisfy the questioner (wives and leprechauns are equally capricious), and you are a dead man. Why not just shut up and fish, since you're dead in either case and you might catch the fish of a lifetime before death strikes you down? gringrin

I had plenty of gold and beer in my shack so they seemed to be pretty content. No flesh wounds or bodily harm.
Well you weren't the one stuffing them down the hole. Did you get a few wishes or at least a green beer for pulling them out. Oh by the way dont tell them you know me.
