Getting Back Into Bow Hunting!!!

I am so excited for this season. It has been 11 years or better since I have been bow hunting for deer, but after this year of rifle hunting I have been driven to change back to bow. Plus I have a lot more time to hunt with my crazy full time school, full time work and the addition of our second child in a couple weeks! I look forward to getting out in the woods when there is a little less camotion!

it took you long enough to get back in, this will be my 9th year of bowhunting coming up and i dont think i could go a year without going out.

This will be my 38th year and I STILL get just as excited as my first.

Thanks guys. I originally started out my hunting career by bow hunting when I turned 12, so I am full of excitment because I know what I am missing!

Yup just what jk said. there is nothing like being the first ones in the woods, all the vegitation and birds not to mention the long days and velvet bucks cant beat that.

Yup cant agree more I started 6 years ago and I can't get enough seems like I've been in the woods more and more every year. This last year I even started going to Wisconsin

I took about a 10 year break from it and last year was my second season back and I enjoy it soooooooo much with all the reasons listed above plus more.
