Well we had a great day out on the bay yesterday!!! smile

The weather decent and the wind wasn't too bad. We hit the water at 7 a.m, greeted with a 10 mph wind and about 35 degrees. We had the rock pile all to ourselves, apparently it was a little to nasty for everybody else smile That was fine with us, we caught a bunch of fish before the next boat arrived around noon. We bounced around a little and finished the day back out on the rocks with 6 other boats who made it out. The day ended beautifully with calm waters and a great sunset. Our average fish was about 18", with a 21" being the largest of the day!

My buddy brought his uncle up from Iowa (the guy in blue). Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every once in a while LMFAO smile

Well I caught myself a new personal best a week and a half ago. Caught her on Sunday, Oct 18th with it being 20" on the nose and 5lbs 7oz. I've been hunting for a 6lber all year and this is the best I could do. Beat my old personal best by 1 oz, and had our little baby girl (Lyla Grace) the next evening! What a good weekend! smile

You know, after reading my post theres alot of possibilities how that could be misinterpreted if I weren't careful, lol. 20.5" baby girl at 7lbs 11oz just seemed like it should be included in those stats. wink
