Gregg - there has been a fantasy league for FM'ers run through Yahoo the last couple of years. Airjer has managed it, and kept us posted every week on standings. It's pretty fun. They even let me play!

I use to play on one for bour 4-5 yrs then Iput an RV up on winnie and didnt have the net up there so i would either forget to pick or i didnt like pickin on thur to much can by race time

How does this league work, how do you determine who's the driver(S) you get on your team?

It is run through Yahoo Fantasy sports, so we go by their rules. They choose who will be on the "A", "B", and "C" teams for the season. Drivers will not be changed from one list to another. Your job is to choose 2 drivers from the "A" team, four drivers from the "B" team, and 2 drivers from the "C" team. You will activate half of the drivers you chose: 1 from A, 2 from B, 1 from C.

Last year was my first year playing, so I read the directions a few times to make sure I knew what was going on.

So are you able to switch drivers during the season? Or are you "stuck" with whoever you start with???

You can switch them up every week, as long as you follow the 2-4-2 rule mentioned earlier. You can only use a driver nine times during the season.

If you go to the Yahoo Fantasy NASCAR page, you can access the rules without signing up. It is on the top, right hand side of the page, just above the yellow bar. It explains things pretty well.

Is it that time of year already!

I'll be in touch with sifty pretty quick (if I can find his email) to discuss the specifics on how we set up the groups. Feb 15 is right around the corner and gives us about three weeks to get everyone signed up.

To whoever the thankyous should be given, the league was fun to play last year, and the organizers of it then and now deserve a thankyou from all that played in it. I'll be the first ----Juneau4 probably the onlytime I'll be in first place.
